This hotel was pretty good! But, the wifi was not. I had to stand near the door of my room just to get some service. I was also taking a bath and their was stains on the tub, and only a little bitty mat covered it. The pool was great! But, it was very chaotic, there was this boiling hot water hose in the pool. They were spraying it on people and it got on my eyes. The location wasnt really great, but we dont pay attention to the location as much.

Room smelled horribly of mold. They sent the maintenance man who only sprayed the carpet down with air freshener. Wouldn't move us or refund us. Comfort suites is usually a great place to stay. I will not be back. Made a horrible end to our anniversary trip. Pretty sure this is where the smell is coming from. (See pics)

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Never, ever have I dealt with such a dehumanizing and passive aggressive desk attendant as the one who was working on Sunday, 3/31. I had a one-night reservation for an incredible deal, booked through Expedia. The desk agent refused to honor the reservation, denying my check-in, saying "We don't have any room at that rate." She attempted to charge me the walk-in rate. Absolute bait and switch. Expedia called her to say I had paid. She hung up the phone on them. Expedia repeatedly tried to call her back for hours. She proceeded to ignored me and their calls/pleas that I had paid. At 11pm, 2.5 hours after I arrived, I left the hotel in tears, trying to another hotel in town. The Comfort Suites management team needs to do some serious, serious intervenes to reaffirm for her what hospitality looks like and how the company wants to represent itself to the public. I hope that desk attendant never, ever gets treated with the disrespect she showed me.

I worked in hospitality for many years and this is best hotel I have ever stayed in! They are so welcoming and the rooms are very comfortable. The entire team is amazing! This is the place to stay if you are ever in Gulfport MS.
