Rooms are nasty. Ours freaking reaked of stanky, moldy carpet. This place is so old and run down. Holes in the walls, huge disgusting black stains on the ceilings. Couldn't see through the shower glass because of all the soap scum, every corner in the shower was black. All the metal fixtures were rusted and corroding. Mattresses were old, broke down, inner spring ones. So uncomfortable. Felt like your head was a foot lower than your feet. You can hear every single movement the people above and beside you make. Most disappointed I have ever been in a Marriot Property.

Awesome front desk people however rooms need to be cleaned up properly and be brought up to Marriotts standards.

The lady who checked us in was nice and sweet. Once we checked in, there was mold in the bathroom. The sheets had stains on them. However upon checking out I used a different card to pay for our stay. We stayed for 2 nights and they charged my card for 3 nights. Tiffany was the young lady who checked us out. She screwed everything up. Preceded to tell me she was new and the problem would get fix tomorrow, and the manager would call me. The next day came still no refund, now I do understand these things takes times far as transactions posting. So in my account it was still showing pending. But then I get a notification that they charged another night on my card. Keep in mind still no call from management about this situation. After calling back again and speaking with Tiffany. She stated that the payment will be refunded and she had messed up and her manager showed her how to fix it. 2 days later no call from management the payment has changed from pending to posted. So now they have officially charged me for 3 nights. Call back spoke with Brandon, who looked up my info and stated that the transaction has not be fixed. That he will call the General Manager U.J and he could reverse the transaction from where he was. And he will call me back in 30 minutes. 2 hours went by no call from Brandon. Call back they stated he had left for the day. I open a dispute with my bank and hope to get my 170 dollars back. Ive managed a financial company for over 15 years. This is the absolutely worse customer service I have ever endured. I have stayed at this location before in the past many many years ago and never encountered anything of this sort. Back then the hotel was cleaner nice looking. My family would stay here whenever we visited the area. I am not sure if its under different management or what. But I will never stay here again. I never spoke with the General Manager UJ. I will say the way they run that property is a direct reflection of him. I wouldnt refer anyone to stay here. I will say house keeping was extremely nice. Front desk is horrible upper management needs to be retrained as well.
