Unfortunately, I am giving up on this hotel. I travel for work, with my animals, and Ive been a regular at this hotel for four years, during short trips that dont justify hauling my camper, as it is the only hotel in the area that does not charge a pet fee per pet. I am a happy-go-lucky person, and generally really really easy to please, however, for the last year every time I have left this hotel I have been aggravated to the point of being rude, myself, which takes a lot. From now on, Im paying twice as much to stay across the street at the Days Inn when I have to work in the area, as the staff there is polite, the rooms are clean, and the housekeeping there is not banging on my door or barging into my room before Ive checked out.

Rooms are not clean! Doors do not lock properly! Broken things in the room that has definitely been broken for a while that they leave! Hair in tub, dirty carpet! Not even worth the 78$ that was paid!!!

Had reservations. They chose not to honor them. Reserved a double bed, and they tried to give me a king. I needed a double, not a king. Then they offered .e a double, but one bed was wet . Unacceptable!!!!!!! Tried to call to get my money back, but no one answered in four attempts.

This deserves no stars because it sucks and the only good thing was the friendly staff!! The bed sheets were dirty, microwave and refrigerator didnt work, the room smelt bad, AC didnt work, bathroom was dirty, and lights were flickering. It was just horrible 1/10 would not recommend to even my worst enemy!!
