        Kevin-the sales rep from Blaine Oakwood Ponds community was very patient and respectful throughout the entire sales process. He was not pushy at all and was very thorough and responsive with several questions related to pricing, upgrades and options for my new build in Blaine. Thanks to Kevin being an astute listener , he was instrumental in my wife and I being able to build our dream home while staying within budget. My wife and I are looking forward to moving into our new place in July and we couldn't be more excited. Kevin is a pleasure to work with and puts his clients needs first without being overbearing or pushy.
