Beautiful homes but I have never met people who try to rip off their customers more than Dave and Steve do to their clients. They are struggling in this housing market and are cutting corners to rip off home buyers.

We bought a model home from Dave in June and the whole team has been wonderful to work with. Genuinely kind people with integrity, very friendly and good, timely communication. Dave is a top notch builder all around. We also cant say enough good things about SJ. Daves son Patrick is a great guy as well. They built a stunning home that we absolutely love. This is a 5-star company and we couldnt be happier.
