Our experience with Creative, along with Derek and Jeff, is unmatched. The entire process has been incredibly easy. The quality of the home has been top notch. We are excited that creative homes is apart of our journey in our life. We cannot thank all of Creative Homes enough.

During my search I became exhausted in looking for existing homes and having rejected offer after rejected offer. After visiting 6 builders in the area I stopped by Creative at Briarcroft on the way home on a whim. The experience I had with Sean Donahue was fantastic and a breath of fresh air on an otherwise unproductive and tiring search. After taking me through the model and learning a little bit more about Creative Homes we were able to pick out my floorplan, go onto the interactive website, and fully customize my dream home with an accurate price of what it would be to build in the community. He was professional, knowledgeable, and educated me further on the process of building. Other builders had ballparked pricing, wouldn't give me enough information, or be short in the process. When I mentioned other builders didn't, Sean invited us into his office and gave us his time to talk about what Creative does differently than the builders I visited, priced out our home, went into market conditions, return on investments with building with new, his warranty team and other tidbits that confirmed building new would be the way to go. My husband and I decided to build elsewhere to be closer to work but he had provided us with all the knowledge advice to be comfortable with our purchase. Although I didn't buy with Creative I will be referring everyone that asks about my experience over to their communities.
