        Clothes are always good quality but this time a very snooty older lady was rude and I guess thought we we weren't the Duluth Trading type...surprise!!! We shop there often...first time we were not happy with service.

        I had to exchange a Christmas present for a smaller size. They were incredibly helpful! They didn't have what I had on the floor so I tried on a similar item to determine that it was the correct size. Once confirmed, they offered to order it for me, then discovered on their computer that it should be in the back room. The gentleman helping me employed the help of another woman. Once she left, he turned back to me and said, "She's a Wonder. If it's back there, she'll find it!" He was correct. She came out shortly with my item. As I was leaving, he told me that the No Fly Zone products even work up north on Black Flies. I surely hope they work on Chiggers!
