Ive had nothing but good experiences at this location. The workers are very patient with you and know how to give you space, ask the proper questions, and not be pushy. Manny has been very helpful the last few times Ive been there. Assisting me with my suit options, fitting, colors, etc. I also have to give credit to the tailor. I was skeptical as it was my first tailoring. But her and Manny asked me lots of questions and I got my pants back perfectly. Now I know the Woodbury location is the right place for suit shopping and all things tailoring. Thanks guys!

The staff is very good, very helpful, and very professional. The men's restroom? It looks like the restroom at a gas station in 1972. So, in store staff great, upper management not on the ball.

Just look for Lamar. He is the most well dressed, dapper man in the place. He was rocking a fedora and he will take care of you better than anyone I've dealt with in "upper scale" places.

What a bunch of pompous suit snobs. I was not even greeted as I entered the store. 3 associates were standing around talking while folding and unfolding pants. I wandered aimlessly for at least 5 minutes, totally lost since there is no signage or visual guidance in the store. I had to approach the group to ask for assistance and they made it clear with their sneer that I was interrupting them. I honestly felt like I was being judged, because I was wearing blue jeans. When I explained what I was looking for and that my price range was at the lower end, I was wafted away and told that I should browse through the clearance rack in the back corner and the "assistance" ended there. I thumbed through a few items on the clearance rack, none of which suited my needs and then left, went to JC Penney across the parking lot, found what I needed and paid less than what I was prepared to spend at Men's Wearhouse,
