        I special ordered a pair of Buckle Blacks for my husband. The pair we received were defective. I took them back to the store to order a new pair and requested they be delivered to my house and the shipping fee be waived for Buckles error. The assistant manager Rae refused to waive the fee. Extremely unimpressed with her lack of customer service skills.

        The staff was very kind, they let me return clothes I bought from a different store, I had the receipt, but the shirt didn't have the tag, and they still let me do the return...

        Went above and beyond to help me try and find some jeans that a friend said he got at the Buckle. Didn't find them but they offered advice to find them at a different location. Still got 2 pairs of other jeans.
