Ashton was SUPER helpful. Had some issues with a pair of pants that ripped much quicker than usual and she was extremely helpful the whole way. Found me the closest pair to what I was needing and went out of her way to show me other options which I will look into more down the road. The amazing products from Duluth Trading are a given, people will shop here no matter what. But its customer service like I received at the hand of Ashton that motivate me to come back and continue supporting the Duluth branch of this company. Thank you Ashton!

My dad purchased a jacket for me, it didnt work out and so he returned it to the store, brand new with tags and a receipt. The employees wanted to CHARGE HIM a shipping fee to return it? Are you joking? Youre charging customers a shipping fee when they bring a product to your store? You can just sell the product in the store like every other brand does. And to talk to my father like a child and tell him remember we wont be doing this again as if its a privilege to not have to pay a shipping fee. Come on. You have locations all over and you dont have in store returns figured out?
