Chase Bank

Best bank and great customer service I went in with an issue and walk out with my issuse resolved. I am happy that I don't have to worry about my debit card issue. I appreciate the great team work and customer service.

Joseph at this location is a wonderful small business banker! Could not be nicer to work with and he takes the time to explain everything clearly and look for the best options for you! Joseph and Chase have been a huge resource to us-thanks for all you do!

This bank has no respect for one's time. I went in on a Thursday to open a new checking account and was told that no one was available but I could make an appointment. The next available opening was Monday at 11am. Never had to make an appointment to open a bank account in my life but okay. I arrived a few minutes before 11 but was told I would that the banker was finishing up with someone else. While there were 3 employees standing or sitting around to greet the few other arriving customers, apparently there was no one else available to open a new account. I left well after my appointed time - what is the point of making an appointment to meet with someone if it isn't going to be honored. If they can't respect my time, how can I trust them to respect my money. There are plenty of other banks nearby, I'll seek out one of them. I suggest you do the same.
