Definitely Not great. But not horrible either. I'd recommend you bank somewhere else. My personal story: I was referred to this bank by a client when I first moved to Minnesota. I went with Drake as he said it's great with Small Business loans. Bill in the loans department is great, but the bank itself isn't worth it for me. Their hours are limited. Not even half day Saturday hours. Therefore, I sometimes do cash deposits on the weekends and there have been a couple of occasions where there weren't the necessary tools avail for a deposit (out of envelopes/ no pens) and I like to bike down there for a little exercise. I've learned to bring my own supplies in a backpack. At my previous bank in Texas if I did a night drop of money it was deposited in my acct before the withdraws came out of my acct for that morning. Not with this bank. They get around to putting in the deposits at like 9, 10, or so the next day. There is also a vibe i get that they don't want me just walking in the front door to have a conversation. They kept the metal gates down for WAY too long after the pandemic, almost like they liked keeping customers out. Me bringing in a pile of change for counting has also given me the vibe I was a burden. I so badly wish i'd gone with Cherokee on Grand or a credit union. Switching banks is tough though. Hopefully you choose better than me.

High Five to Jenna today. My technology messed with my ability to originate wires online and Jenna was a huge trooper and totally patient with me as we reestablished my connections and got the wires out the door!!!
