        Cant even talk to anyone on the phone, I need information why wont you answer your phone? Was on hold for 20 minutes,never got to talk to anyone. Have been with you guys since day one,but if things dont change soon, no more. Customer service is the only thing that makes you better than any other bank.

      Rick, I just checked and there is no hold time right now if you call 651-225-6299. Like so many businesses, we are having a difficult time finding staff.
