We had a wonderful experience with Assistant Manager, Deanna Gabriel at the Furniture Mart! Let me just say, she is absolutely fantastic. From the moment you meet her, it's evident that she genuinely cares about helping you find the perfect furniture for your home.

DO NOT BUY THE PROTECTION PLAN! They do not cover what they say is covered in the plan. My kids fell off the stairs on to my couch and they denied the claim saying frame breakage is not covered. When EVEN the terms under accidentals "What is covered?" section 1.d "Breakdown or breakage of frames, springs,.... not covered by the store warranty."
Not to mention that it took forever to get the couch and it was poorly made. AND the company that came in to check ripped up the underside too look."

Kari was amazing. We walked in looking for something specific but she showed us a random couch that we ended up loving. She was very informative and we cant wait to get our new couch!

Thank you to Andrew Robinson for assisting us in a recent furniture purchase. I have been building since 1998. I have bought furniture for model homes for years. I have had unpleasant purchases with other stores and help in the past, however Andrew was very knowledgeable and prompt to work with. So much so, that I felt compelled to write a review. Thank you.
