        Return customers from a purchase several years ago on a bed we love. The process for choosing a new guest room bed was uncomplicated, fast, and reasonably priced within our budget. I don't see a reason to look at other larger stores because Mattress Firm has totally met the mark in both our experiences to date.

        Just bought a Sealy hybrid mattress from Mattress Firm. Cody was our sales person who patiently explained all the options available to us (mattresses have come a long way in the last 20 years!). We couldnt be happier with our sales experience. The mattress comes next week and I expect if its even close to the care Cody showed us, we will be delighted with our purchase! T&J

        My experience at the Shakopee mattress firm was nothing short of excellent. It was my first time buying a new mattress, and Cody walked me through every step of the process. I never felt rushed, and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. I ended up with a Great product that fit in my price range and checked all my boxes I strongly recommend this location to anyone who is interested in getting a new mattress And a shout out to Cody, For answering all my questions and making me feel at ease

        Wanted to take advantage of the sale so stopped after work. Saw one on line, but really needed to test it before taking the dive. Cody walked me around the store to get a feel of the I saw on line, they didn't have that one in the store, but showed me similar density. Glad I test drove, the one on line would have been to firm. So was between 2, one was $300 less than the other and decided for the little bit more go with one that felt more like what I wanted. I haven't received it, should arrive in a few weeks. Hope it's all I am praying for. Thank you Cody with your patience as I figured it out.
