I would highly recommend not buying a protection plan, I spent about 3200 dollars on a sectional with a full protection plan and spent hours with guardian protection plan to service my couch with no avail. Don't make my mistake it was a waste of 370 dollars and when I reached out to furniture mart for a refund they told me if I can't get it serviced by guardian in 5 years I can get in store credit towards another purchase. Very highly recommend any other business poor customer service, spend your money elsewhere.

Wanted to share my experience that Bree and the delivery manager and team (Stephanie, Danny, and Charlie) were absolutely fabulous. Bree made my purchasing experience for a Purple bed wonderful. It is such a big, personal purchase for a bed, and she made me very comfortable that she would work with me and keep her word to me, which is crucial. Trust today is everything. Bree truly cared about my experience and wanted everything to be right. She worked with me in such a straightforward way and kept her word. To me, that was priceless. She helped me find a great solution! Then the delivery team of Danny and Charlie were wonderful. I felt comfortable with them entering my home, and they were so polite and conscientious. Its a big deal when strangers enter your home, and due to Danny and Charlie's demeanor, they completely put me at ease and did a great job setting up our new Purple bed. After they finished, Stephanie the delivery manager called me to make sure everything went great. She was so caring and truly wanted my experience to be fantastic. It was wonderful to talk to someone that genuinely cared and wanted things done right. I truly appreciate this great team that gave me a wonderful experience. They have built my trust with Furniture Mart and I would go back to buy from them and work with them again! Thank you!!
