Today I went to get a cashier's check and the manager told the tell that he will need to sign the check once she got it. When she got it he never came back to sign it and I had to tell her to please ask him to come over and sign it for me instead of making me wait while he's talking and standing around. He finally came over and sign but was giving me and the teller a snob look and attitude. Horrible services and I hope he get fired.

Only 1 teller but 5 other employees standing around the entire day when theres over 20 people waiting in line. If you go here, expect to wait in line minimum 30 minutes. So awful that they cant find workers when this is the busiest location in the twin cities.

I needed to meet with a teller to withdraw money. Bank business that I am familiar with and can navigate with ease. I waited over 30 minutes to get this done, 16 people ahead of me and 10 more behind me. There was only 1-2 tellers and another one managing a lengthy lines at the drive-through. Even the credit unions have more tellers. I was quite annoyed. However, waiting in line at an understaffed bank was nothing compared to the other people who waited in line with me and what they have to endure for bank service. Ninety percent of the people in line were elderly, physically disabled people who uses canes, immigrants, and are non-English speakers. I could hear customer share their anxieties on how they will conduct business where there were no staff who spoke their languages. I saw multiple customers who would allow others to move ahead of them because they wanted to speak see specific tellers who were familiar with them even though they did not speak the same language. Worse of all was that no employee had the decency to even offer these elderly disable customers places to sit, even the police officer, who sat comfortably in his chair. I was just sadden to see that this was tolerated and this was the customer service Wells Fargo offered. I honestly want to recruit people to another bank and tell them to forget Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo has a history of taking advantages of disadvantaged communities. This community at this brank is being served with subpar "customer service." This sort of treatment would of never been tolerated at other locations like the one branch in the Highland Park neighborhood. Customers have left Wells Fargo due to their shady practices. I have look the other way, but to witness this treatment at this branch, in a community where I grew up, was quite disgusting. I am making steps to move out of Wells Fargo as I cannot support a business that keeps taking advantage or give double standards. I spoke with the regional bank manager who was sympathetic, but did not offer any reassurances. He said most people do not want to do this job, let alone a person who speak Hmong or Karen languages. However, Wells Fargo has big bucks and should put forth the effort, money, and commitment to hire employees who looks and speak the communities' languages. So that people can just access their money. Why bank with a bank who can't communicate with you. More than 20 years ago, a good friend of mine worked as a bank manager at this very location. My friend use to tell me that Wells Fargo cares about people and my replied then was, "They don't. They only care about money." In 2024, my observation is just same, actually worse since the shady practices came about. If I could, I would rate it at ZERO.
