This company did a tree removal for my neighbor. They had to use a crane and needed to access their yard with the crane via my driveway. Totally fine! We signed a liability agreementif any damage was caused by the crane to our driveway it would be repaired. A few sections of driveway did crack. Again, totally fine, it happens. The issue here is that we have been trying to contact Ben over the course of a year to get it fixed and it still hasnt happened. He says hell get in touch with his guys (aka some friends he knows) and then hell call us back but he never does. I know things are delayed in general and again Im fine with being flexible, but its the lack of follow up and planning that is the issue. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

I would highly recommend Ben for your tree service. He was professional, prompt and did an outstanding job trimming/pruning my two backyard trees. He cleaned up every branch and twig and left my yard spotless.

Called for information. The person who answered the phone hung up on me when he realized I wasnt calling to schedule a job, but for more information about the company. If youre not calling to schedule a job, you have the wrong number. He offered no number to call nor did he ask if there was anything he could answer for me. He simply hung up. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I have no intention to patronize this company in the future.
