I am extremely satisfied with the services I have received! They do an amazing job clearing my driveway and shoveling in front of my home. On one occasion they skipped clearing my walk however they adjusted the price and it was very fair! Its hard to find honest companies like this now days. As long as they are in business they have me as a customer!!!

1) One of the guys sent would often accidentally do my neighbors house even though my house has HUGE numbers above my garage door.
2) The plowed past the snow stakes halfway into the lawn.
3) After the above two incidents I requested the owner himself do it which he did.
4) *After* we had a big storm the owner doubled the normal price without having let the customer know the price would change for big storm. Then when I told him I'm paying the regular price because that's what was agreed on he called me an A hole and quit.
5) Overall bad communication - slow response times and the current owner (Randy) plans on selling this business so maybe the next owner will know what they're doing. (Currently Feb 2023)

Stellar work. Very diligent. Services the Mayo Woodlands HOA familiar roads and open areas and working for numerous members of the HOA individually. Has done so years. Has always been reliable and responsive. Fairly prices one-off jobs for customers too, like if you need a tree to come down.
