Residence Inn by Marriott Rochester Mayo Clinic Area

We are here visiting from Atlanta and the manager Andrew has been nothing but rude and racist to me and other guests ! We are here getting a kidney transplant and this is unacceptable! Absolutely horrid supervision and service at this hotel! Andrew should be fired and he is the supervisor! I would not recommend staying here do not waste your money !! And we will never be coming back to racist Minnesota

We had and extended stay here about 12 days. Normal stay at the Marriott but wanted a larger room and kitchen. April was extremely accommodating in upgrading us as I am a platinum. Great staff even though the hotel is a bit dated.

Very nice! Loved our stay. Close to Mayo Clinic. Great breakfast.

If you value your property. Dont stay here. ALL my clothes were stolen from the laundry room. They have zero security, no cameras, nothing. When I reported it they were sympathetic and told me I would get reimbursed. I filled in the insurance form and everything. They said the manager would get back to me with reimbursement. Once I check out I get nothing. Finally a month later I reached out and manager replied saying they never intended to submit to their insurance and that the front staff lied to me. Nothing was done nor offered. The worst experience I have ever had at a Marriott. Much nicer hotels all Over Rochester at a better value. Im a lifetime status member. But I think my relationship with Marriott is over. Rooms: Rooms were dirty and old. Furniture was all falling apart with a musty smell. Safety: Completely unsafe. All my belongings were stolen and Management did nothing about it.
