        phones didn't work at all in the room alarm clock doesn't work And now the cable has The Vikings game in Spanish. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. We had a bad experience last time and I thought we'd give it another shot two bad experiences in a row.

        Favorite hotel in Rochester. Have had multiple stays here including my wedding party. Great staff and the best beds.

        Can’t give a lower rating unfortunately. We came in it was fine but after night one it went down hill fast, there is no hot water like warm at best, room was cleaned once in a long term stay, the front desk staff was extremely rude the entire time I was there. 0/10 do not recommend

        Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, large and very clean rooms (all rooms here are studio suites). Pool and hot tub were clean, and breakfast was hot with a lot of choices.
