As a successful, now retired entrepreneur I attempted to volunteer my services and have never been contacted. Time frame probably one month ago (Sep).

It cost me $400 plus other fees for services for tax preparation as a newly graduated student, just FYI for people thinking about having your taxes done here.

The absolute worst customer service.

Absolute rip off. They charged 90 cdn to get 50 US dollars. The current rate should have been 68 dollars. I will never use these rip off artists again!! Stay away

They are doing their job just like the rest of the working class. If you feel like you don't need to pay your bills then you deserve to be called by them.
