1/21 switched cuz they wouldn't raise my mobile deposit limit from $200 can't even deposit a part time check with that.
Decent bank but they never answer the phone

This location has excellent team of tellers and awesome bank managers. My experience was great . I recommended to anyone who had bad experiences with US Banks to come here at this location let them know you read my review. I continue to love there service :) Thank you

The service here is absolutely appalling.  Waited in the drive-thru for 20+ minutes in order to make a coin deposit only for the teller (would not give me their name) to decline service despite being a US bank member saying "We do not deposit coins." and walk away from the window.  Honestly go to the US bank on the northeast end of town near the Chateau, they have stellar service.  First and last time going to this branch.
