        Our business and personal accounts have been with ONB / Eagle Rock Bank for about 10 years now. It's nice to work with a bank that can address any concerns we might have in a timely manner and make decisions more easily than working with the larger banks we had worked with in the past.

        This is the worst bank I have ever had to try and deal with. They want to charge to cash a check drawn on thier bank. I am going to file a complaint with the banking commotion . Loan shares don't charge like these people do. I will never do business with them ever.

        This place is as terrible as Wells Fargo! How they justify charging $7.50 to cash a check is beyond me. I’ll make every attempt to tell anyone that’ll listen not to bank there.
