We love this place. Joshua and Karens attention to detail is wonderful, the location is fantastic (Great Harvest is right next door!!!), but its their person-centered approach to renting that makes this a great place to live. Their communication is thorough, considerate, and timely things that are rare and generous in this hot market! Grateful to have found them in Rochester.

I recently had a short term stay at Benaiah and it was an amazing experience. There is a wide variety of food and entertainment within walking distance. The apartments are spacious and modern with up to date appliances. Joshua and Karen are the nicest couple and are so kind and caring. You could not ask for a better couple to work with and they make you feel like part of the family.

Amazing apartments, great view and close to Mayo, management is easy to deal with and vary responsive.

The siding already looks like it will not stand the test of MN winter. The old buildings that used to be here looked better than these do. Tbh. Wish I didn't have to look at it. It looks like it was put together for funsies with no quality craftsmanship to be seen.
