Worst apartments I've been to in my life. My first roommates I had were very rude and I kept having different roommates everytime I turn around. This place also switches new management every few months! I can never get a hold of the managers that run this place and they even blamed me for things that i never did before, for example, they gave me a crappy garage door remote and blamed me that I broke it when it was broken to begin with!! Always smelled like weed in the hallways and cigarettes. There's theft and its constantly noisy with people late at night and busses/cars driving out. Trash littering EVERYWHERE in the parking lot and never picked up. Heating system sucks and the water heater sucked for awhile. Do NOT rent from this place. Bad side of town, especially by the Quarters there are shootings going on. Never will go back to this dump. In addition, this is NOT a student dorm anymore. Decent price but horrible as ever.

Terrible management that does not care at all. When I first moved in, the WiFi was not working. When I contacted the manager, I was told to call Century Link, who asked for information only management has. Took over a month to get WiFi to work. In addition, management decided to change the boiler because the water was freezing. Residents had to deal with cold water for a week until they decided to change the boiler. This meant they turned the water off, but didn't think to inform anyone. Would not recommend.
