It's decent I mean nothing special nothing to bad but kept seeing bugs in this apartment but i mean living here is decent

Have been here for 5 years since it opened. And the property management has definitely gotten better. We have had many issues in the past but over the last year management has been more responsive. We get our maintenance request filled in a timely manner. They do their best to keep it clean definitely a turn around from the first couple of years living here. Shay loves the kids (and my kids adore her) which is refreshing because I see her actively creating relationships with each individual including kids in the building by talking with her residents and listening. Can't find that in many places. We keep to ourselves for the most part but the community is pretty friendly when we do interact although we have had some issues on that front but all issues were resolved very quickly. All in all great place to live.

This is a very nice place to live. I recently moved in and it is amazing. I was so glad that I chose valley high flats because the people hear are friendly and quiet, also an amazing view every morning I wake up I feel more at peace with choosing a safe environment to heal and get healthy. Also the property manager Shay has been more than helpful with anything and everything that I have needed direction and support. thank you Shay Brown.

She is such an amazing individual I have never had experience like this with anyone else, especially having toddlers and being a single mom! she made sure to make that application very understandable and easy!
