Everything was very easy, simple, expedient and thorough. Tim is available literally whenever we need help or we have a question, and he does a great job of advising us accordingly and working with our agent as we closed on our first house!

After having a horrible experience with another local company, I was referred to Tim. I called him on a whim and explained my experience, my basic information, and he laughed that the previous individual wouldnt want to help me. Less than 30 minutes go by and Im seeing numbers in real time that are within the limits I personally set. Less than 30 days later, and Im in my new home! Tim was excellent to work with. He sent us a daily email on rates as we bought during an unstable rate environment and provided recommendations when to lock. Tims availability and communication won our business, as we had interviewed with multiple lenders. His communication skills and trust made him an easy choice and confirmed he would get our loan done on time, where other lenders we werent confident could.
