It has been a pleasure working with Dennis. Dennis explained what I needed to qualify for a loan. When he needed anything or clarification on anything, he called me right away and we got it done. Communication was great. He explained each step as we went along, and he was patient with me. He made me press on. When Dennis called me to tell me we were clear to close, he was laughing with excitement, and I could hear the relief in his voice. Through the excitement, Dennis asked me about the plans I had shared with him for after when I purchased a home. I was taken aback when he asked as I was shocked that he still remembered. It had become personal for Dennis because he understood how important this first step was to me achieving my other goals. He is now part of my story. Dennis was a God send! Chuck was great! He will work with you every step of the way. Questions were answered and mistakes were corrected, can't ask for much more. I left one star on the table because there's always room for improvement

My experience with Dennis and Union Home Mortgage has been practically pain free. Whenever I have had a question I didn't understand Dennis was so patient to explain it for me in terms I could understand. Dennis was there when I called and I felt I was in very competent hands. Dennis feels more like a friend than a business arrangement.

Brian is the man. It was my first time buying a home he ensured that I understood everything throughout the entire process. He would follow up asking if we had any questions and made sure we were comfortable with all of the numbers and what was to be expected!
