Months before I officially applied for a home loan Chris was there to provide insight in things I could do for the best possible approval. UHM was very quick with responding to any questions and when it was time to put in an offer on a home they made the process quick and painless. I am so happy with my decision to go with UHM it made my home buying process that much easier.

UHM was AMAZING!! Had to switch my loan from USDA to FHA at the last minute and the UHM team was flawless in getting everything resubmitted and approved with only a 1 day delay from our original closing date! I ABSOLUTELY recommend them and will use them again and again in the future!

Chris Carr and his team walked us through every step of the first time home buying process and answered all of our questions no matter how silly or time of day - Him and his team were quick to reply and were always on top of their game! Would recommend to anyone but especially first time home buyers and veterans!

Dennis is an honest mortgage lender who is willing to take the time to work through multiple scenarios and take the time to answer any questions that come up. UHM has a nice and easy to understand portal/app. It makes it easy to upload any document and has a nice progress tracker to help with understanding where your loan progress is. It makes it easy to know where you are at in the process and also has good educational materials throughout. The app + Dennis make a great combination in being able to get any questions answered.
