My grandmother named Mahin use to live here she was Iranian , she passed away , I have many memories of this place many beautiful wonderful memories , I remember going to the pool and the gym and the computer room, God, I remember everything so vividly , It has a very special place in my heart . It makes me cry .

Friendly, responsive staff and very efficient maintenance. I've had nothing but a nice experience living here for the last 7 years.

I have lived here for two months. I don't often post reviews but am impressed with the response I got regarding an on-line maintenance request that I submitted this morning. By the time I got home from work it had been taken care of. I appreciate the quick response!

I can't recommend this business. I seriously considered renting here. I worked initially with Lauren and was transparent & explicit with her that I have a highly territorial male rescue cat who can't go into a heavily pet-scented space. She showed me a vacant unit and encouraged me to apply for a different unit that wasn't quite available yet. I submitted my application fee and deposit ($450) to hold the apartment. Before finalizing the lease, I asked to see the actual unit. It was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING with a ton of visible cat activity and damage. There was cat litter everywhere -- on the floors, dirty overflowing litterboxes in two closets, giant cat tree. Even with their promise of fully replacing the carpet, there is no way my cat would handle the pet odors well & would likely cause even more pet damage if I brought him in there. As a responsible renter and tenant, I called and pro-actively talked to Haley and shared my concerns & frustration that I had specifically stated my needs up front with Lauren and was not made aware that the unit had messy cats currently in it (even though I said that would be the main deal breaker up front.) I was told that because they had already "held" the unit for me for a week that my deposit and application were 100% non-refundable. I made it clear that I felt misled, and disappointed in the customer service and response to my concerns. I shared that without any kind of reimbursement of my fees, that I would be writing a negative review about my experience. Haley told me it didn't really matter because that was their corporate policy. I would strongly suggest you just avoid this place and look elsewhere.
