    They have not given my deposit refund. It has been almost two months. The management isn't any help and told me to contact the finance department myself instead of doing their job. I never lived here but their ratings are incredibly low and concerning. Do not move here and do not give them money. You will have to jump through hoops simply to get your deposit back. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

    union flats i speak to my landlord and ask to be released from my lease early. Cuz I am visiting my sick uncle for 6 months I Explain my situation calmly. respectful. not arguing. If I have rental properties. If a tenant came to me in a similar situation, I would be open to terminating the lease early for them with no penalty. A lease is a legally binding document but in real life, things come up. Folks can lose their job and no longer be able to afford rent. Like my situation, a relative may get sick and require assistance from my tenant. I been through a lot while living here union flats things I dont wanna discuss here They forget to charge me 3 months cuz of their system and I contact the landlord and make her aware of the mistake my honest should earn me some very valuable respect at least and I pay them back and last time I checked I was month to month

    I just turned in my notice to move. I have lived here 1 year. When I asked 6 months ago if I could move from a 3 bedroom to a 2 bedroom they said they would have to check with the regional manager. Today I had to give my notice to vacate, When I complained about the quality of their appliances I was told I should have fielded a maintenance request. And that I should have acted like an ADULT. When I told her {Alex} I didn't appreciate being talked down to she said I was lucky she didn't write me up. She said the maintenance men were appalled by the way I talked to her and the next time they would step in. I took that as a threat. So I would think highly about moving into another apartment from Dominium. There must be a reason that people move in for 1 yr and then move out. And all this because I wanted to move from a 3 bedroom down to a 2 bedroom. They have no idea how to talk to people without threats. PLEASE THINK TWICE ABOUT RENTING FROM THEM. I expect to be punished in some form for writing this review.

    If I could rate this company a 0 I would! I resided at the east range crossing apartments in Colorado. I would not recommend renting with this company they do not handle maintenance requests in a timely matter. My window was broken for 2 years prior to finally being repaired after making numerous attempts to reach out to management and was avoided and ignored. Now that I have finally vacated the Premises back in October did the walk through with the assistant manager Brandy was advised my $300 deposit would take UP TO 60 days to be refunded and I have yet to receive my refund but they had no problem renting out the apartment not even a month after I was gone and its currently March!!!. I was a resident for over 3 years and never late on my rent INCLUDING DURING COVID and yet I still can't get a resolution nor will they communicate a with me. I asked for the property managements information to resolve my issue and was advised they couldnt provide me with that information! ONCE AGAIN I WILL ADVISE ANYONE WHO IS INTERESTED IN RENTING WITH THIS COMPANY DONT!!
