They don't deserve one star! Daina is extremely unprofessional, rude, and doesn't seem to care about the tenants. The apartments are so dusty that you have to dust them every day. I asked her about it because I have an asthmatic kid, and it was a serious concern for me. However, Daina didn't seem to care at all and told me that there was nothing she could do about it. To top it off, she rudely said "thank you and bye-bye." I am emotionally heartbroken and don't know what to do. It sucks!

I lived here for many years and one thing I can tell you is that Diane, the manager,is the biggest roller coaster ride you will ever take. Multiple personalities it seems, and most of them very unfriendly. She is also completely untrustworthy as a landlord. She often talks behind tenants backs and shares personal information. She told me all about the mental breakdown the guy above me was having, and about an older couple who have pill addictions etc. she has no regard for peoples personal information and freely spreads gossip.She will also lie right to your face - so always record her. Thats what I did. She attempted to scam me out of money when I left, but the owner actually gave me the money in order to keep her from losing the court case. That says a lot about both of them really. The other things to watch for there are the sink holes that open up wherever they want. Ive seen them 4 ft wide and just appear in minutes. The ground falls right in. There is a huge one under apt 160 that they claim was filled, but I was there and know full well they just filled in the visible end. There is still a big empty space in the ground under the apt. I wouldnt recommend Plymouth Commons to any decent person. There are plenty of properties with good management, pick one of those instead.

Did anyone live here circa 2008-2010???? I was a kid when I lived here do I dont even know if Im remembering correctly but in the lawn/center portion of the appts was there a hole??? Like where the was a manhole in the middle of the lawn put the actual manhole cover was missing so it was just a deep hole?????am I going crazy??? I vividly remember my friends and I playing soccer and me falling down into part of the hole. (Three stars cus I barely remember living here other than like a fire happened and also lots of trauma)

Been here a year and no complaints. Maintenance issues were handled almost immediately and staff is polite. Office Manager, Diane is about her business. Whenever there is a resident issue, city issue or info about wildlife lurking be sure that a letter is in all doors. I like it here.
Update: I am still living here and I still love it. I had a wasp nest on my balcony post and the next day maintenance was here. A light bulb went out in the bathroom and when I came home the next day, it was replaced. I have no complaints.
