I applied at stone creek they gave me the tuna around for a month than denied the application. There communication is horrible they dont respond to phone calls and you cant get in touch with any one in the office they held my deposit money for 30days than told me they did not now Corperate number. I have still not received a refund yet it looks like I will be filing a civil suit I would not recommended living here nice apartments but management / leasing is horrible and there over priced for apartments.

My partner and I scheduled a tour via a link that Molly sent. We scheduled for 11/24, the day after Thanksgiving. We were surprised they were open as most other leasing offices were closed. We received an confirmation email and Molly herself confirming the time and date. She later followed up the day before and the morning of the scheduled tour date, which I confirmed. When we arrived, we had no way in and there were no prior directions on what would be needed from us to enter the building. Thankfully a resident let us in. When we arrived to the leasing office, there was a sign that the office was closed for Thanksgiving. We decided to sit and wait as we had been in contact with Molly about this scheduled tour. After 15 minutes, we tried calling the number that Molly provided in our previous emails and unfortunately received an automated message that the office was in fact closed for the Holidays. We left and when we emailed Molly explaining our confusion, were met with no response and there has been no follow up from the leasing office or any leasing agent. We understand mistakes happen, but it was the lack of communication and acknowledge of their mistakes afterwards that has convinced us to look elsewhere.
