        their medicare supplemental plan increases significantly every year, and is reaching a ridiculous monthly amount. also, if you move out of their small state-coverered area, they impose a 11.9% penalty to your regular fees. who is overseeing this rip off company?

        This company customer service is horrible. They ask a million questions but never actually save it. Update: I called back and the next two agents were very helpful and polite.

        I've had a right hip replacement, my knee scoped, several knee cortisone shots. I have no complaints. Hip replacement cost me less than $400. I pay no premium and get $75/qtr for over the counter items, $200/year for eye glasses. and $750/year for dental.
