        i have to agree with mrs goodsave. the agency is only tyhere to collect the commission.if you need help they tell you in a friendly way to do the work yourself.i have about 10 plus policies. it seems to be better to go with a direct insurer. i just started calling, geico gives you good rates and a discount if you own berkshire stock which i do
