        Went here 5:30 but it was closed, fix hours, wasted my time and gas since I'm not from around here and there are barely any MidCountry banks anywhere.

        Horrible customer service.  I was repeatedly told that there was no way they could help me when I needed to transfer money in a family emergency using the product, POP money.  I was able to work the website by myself, and when customer service was notified of their error, I was shamed, called names and laughed at.  I am closing all accounts and reporting this to BBB.
