I continue to be very happy with State Farm home and auto insurance, I love Eric Rhodes office and how helpful they have been to me over the years. I recently purchased a new vehicle and needed to have full coverage to drive it off the lot. Adam, an after hours State Farm agent answering for Eric Rhodes office answered by call while I was at the dealership. He was professional and personable, added my new vehicle, removed my old and faxed information quickly. He also stayed on the line to make sure I was taken care of and understood the changes to my policy. I drove home in my new vehicle, no hold ups from insurance! I recommend State Farm to my friends and family as I have never had an issue and no matter the time of day, they are available to assist! Thank you!
