    DO NOT RENT FROM THEM if I could give -1000000 stars I would.Cedar commons has mice, flies, roaches, bugs in general. The heat doesnt work in the winter. Hallways are always smelling like weed and garbage. Your car WILL get broken into multiple times, wether its parked in the garage or not. And no they dont do anything about it. Prices are raised $100 each lease renewal for absolutely NO reason. The apartment isnt updated, you dont have washer and dryer in the unit. Some dont even come with a dishwasher(mine didnt and was paying $1,100 a month) And laundry there is about $6.50 total to wash and dry and it barley dries anything. The pool was closed for most of the summer. They have grills out in the court yard but the manager was frustrated with people using the grill threatening people with fines. Front door is almost never secured locked and almost no security cameras so when someone breaks in you have nothing to show police. Neighbors will drop their trash and garage outside your door or balcony This is the worst place to live, save your money and energy you can find something so much better for cheaper, with ACTUAL amenities.

    Honestly the property it self is fine. The company and its employees are the problem. They dont answer the phone or call you back. It goes up to the regional manager Kristin too. I lost count how many times I tried to get a hold of this place. Worst moving out experience ever. I switched to horning company and havent had any of the same issues so try with them instead.

    Avoid LvL10 Management. Poor communication, always left on hold or sent to voicemail, and misrepresented the move-in date for a new complex.
