    I am the said partner in Jillian's post. Kelli has a completely false sense of reality from her perspective. During our time with them Kelli would take days to respond with snide comments when we would ask questions about mysterious charges that were not communicated (you can see an example of her attitude in responses to all of the negative reviews). The maintenance guy basically complained to us every time he had to come. Giving us incorrect extension cables for an air conditioner and never replacing it correctly. We had an infestation of ants in multiple rooms and were told the owners said "ants aren't pests". A quick Google search will disagree. Some wasps built a nest in our backyard and the maintenance guy came in the morning to spray when wasps are no longer there. At this point the owners decided to step in. He told us Kelli would encourage him not to speak to us because we would create mistrust in their relationship... Gee I wonder why? I told him about every situation we had and almost every time ideal would intentionally tell him lies or omit information so he wouldn't ask the maintenance to come. Kelli will do everything she can to prevent maintenance calls from cutting into her margin including lie to clients and customers about the situation at the property. Once the owner fired them we have had a very pleasant experience with him and his wife directly. For your own good, avoid business with Kelli at all cost. I look forward to reading her skewed perspective of my experience in the comments.

    Would not recommend to rent from any property managed by Kelli's team. No support for renters, very negative experience. My partner and I have had very positive experiences with property managers in the past and where shocked by this experience. Thankfully, our landlords decided to part ways with Ideal

Jillian; thank you for this review...Given you have publicized your dissatisfaction; I wish to provide our side of the story and ask you a few questions with respect to what, specifically, warranted your bad experience...was it:1. The fact that we held you accountable for covering the cost you incurred after filing a maintenance request claiming a water leak, only to learn it was from you tipping over your dogs water dish? Actually, this would have been the owners decision to hold you accountable, FYI. :)2. Or, was it because we had you change your own lightbulb (despite said responsibility having been previously agreed to when signing your lease)?3. Oh, wait...I bet it was the wasps nest that we must have "intentionally" placed above your back door that prevented you from leaving the home? I guess I'm just not quite sure; our records indicate and denote several maintenance requests for tenant-responsible items; so???? Regardless, I have to say I'm quite surprised and honestly alarmed that you would go out of your way to post such a review when we went above and beyond to service you and the property in which you rent! In fact, I remember, specifically, us going out of our way (despite the landlords wishes) to terminate the beehive, as we did not want your dog to be stung, again! Since the landlord didn't deem that an "emergency", this was the inevitable beginning to our end. I just pray that what you deem an emergency and what they deem an emergency doesn't cause something far worse than a bee sting! Yikes! Anyway - Thank you for sharing; so sorry for your negative experience...really hard to swallow our pride and admit fault for doing our job. :(
