        Had a maintenance issue and was resolved the next day. 10/10 experience. The rooms are quite spacious as well and the location is great.

        Fantastic place and location. The building older, but is very well maintained and has spacious units. The bedroom is big enough for an office space, and the living room is huge. The few maintenances issues we had were resolved within a day (even on the weekend). Our AC broke down at one point and we had a new one the next day. Affordable parking, lots of closet space, and a separate roomy storage space. 10 min walk from groceries, 5 min drive to downtown or the university. Can't be beat for the price.

        Very spacious rooms with downtown view and great maintenance. We never had any issues with noise from the neighbors but theres some traffic noise thats understandable given the location. The building is a bit on the older side but its well maintained. Parking is not assigned but there are plenty of spots and we never had any issues. Theres also assigned storage units that come with the unit for free.
