3/30/2024: I moved into my apartment in September of 2022 and have had a great experience with them! Maintenance was very quick and they even offer help with window A/C unit installation and removal. They also send notice of important things for residents to know in a timely manner. I recently requested to terminate my lease early and they were very clear about what steps I need to take and their move out expectations were very clear. Their apartments arent high end but it was perfect for me! No rodent, insect or other vermin issues either which I REALLY appreciate! Id say this is a great place for someone moving out on their own for the first time. Really walkable area and easy to get to the suburbs (from the location I rented).

3/24: I've lived in three Copenhagen buildings on/off since 1999 - the most recent current one near the convention center, the one prior Stevens Square, and the first one at original office site Loring Park. Overall good/great - limited problems - definitely recommend. The grown company is similar to the original 90's one, and unlike (new pricy rentals galore) Minneapolis has not really changed much, which to me is a definite positive.

This is the worst place to live, all their houses are trash. Be prepared to live with mice and rats. Plumbing issues are not fixed, the heating system is useless. Honestly, don't come to this place!!!!

Great people, got me a new refrigerator right away when mine went out, even got my full security deposit back and I didnt exactly clean my place when I left
