        I had the pleasure of touring this stunning community with Ryan. Some leasing agents are so clearly just in a routine but Ryan really had noticeable passion for the property and had such a sincere commitment to what sets this community apart. I'd 10/10 recommend!

        My husband and I had the pleasure of touring this incredible building last week and, after viewing several nice options in the area, were blown away by the service we experienced at Forte on the Park! Ryan O'Brien curated our experience perfectly - he was friendly, informative, and professional. Ryan truly made the complex stand out amongst all the rest.

        I recently went on a tour of this apartment. I wanted to leave a review to share how incredible their staff and support were during my tour. Ryan O'Brien (I believe that is how you spell his name) provided nothing short of an excellent tour. He was funny, kind and very informative, especially of near by entertainment. The Property Manager, Maria was kind, funny, and loving. It was like a home away from home, tour! I highly recommend staying here if you are looking to be in the downtown Mpls area.

        I've lived at Forte on the Park for 6 months and really enjoy it here. The team that works here is amazing (Ryan, Bobby, Sedona, Maria...sorry if I missed any of you - you're awesome!)...they are all so welcoming and attentive. Any service requests are handled promptly and the building is kept extremely clean.
