Boutique 28 is a wonderful place to live! The building is clean and well taken care of. Neighbors are pleasant and respectful. The leasing agent and maintenance crew have been incredibly accommodating as I moved in! A special thanks to Jabari and Nas who were very helpful to me as a new resident.

I liked my apartment, and the maintenance team. But the property management is horrid. I moved out at the end of October, and still have not received any communication regarding security deposits, etc. I called a few weeks back and was told "they'd look into it.." and get back to me. Still haven't heard from them after leaving multiple voicemails. This was not exclusive to move out either.

Cannot imagine a worst experience. Management does not care about the people that live at this building, they put all their time and energy into the building where their offices are (the apartment Revel). They make promises they never keep. Quite honestly, I would give this place -1 Star if I could. Do not waste your money, look elsewhere.

I had a less than pleasant experience with boutique 28. My actual apartment was great, apart from the unhoused people in the lobby and stairwell, feces near the elevator and many broken appliances. Worse than all this, however, was our experience with management. The day we were supposed to pick up our keys, the office forgot about us and we had to wait over an hour before someone showed up to give us our keys. They did not even have our keys made and they had to call a locksmith to make our keys. It is a really good thing we did not have a by-the-hour moving truck scheduled for that day. During our time living there, we were consistently overcharged on rent. For a couple months, we were charged for not having renters' insurance, even though we had provided our insurance policy multiple times. We have still not been refunded this money, despite a lot of back and forth. When it came time to move out, we scheduled a move out walk-through and no one from management showed up. Many weeks after we moved out, we got our final utility bill and were double charged for all utilities for the month of June. We are still in a battle with management to get this money back almost two months later. Their communication style is abhorrent and unacceptable. We constantly have to send multiple emails and follow-up emails to get even the bare minimum response. We have expressed our concerns to them over and over again and nothing changed. Boutique 28 supposedly sent us our security deposit over 8 weeks after we moved out (Minnesota law states security deposits must be returned within 21 days after move out). If you do decide to live here, I recommend always double checking all rent statements to ensure that you are not consistently overcharged like we were.
