I was hesitant at first, as it is a rather large weekly commitment of time and finances. However, watching my kindergartener thrive over the past four months has made it completely worth it! I highly recommend Changs to all, especially to parents struggling with kids that may be a little more neurodiverse / ADHD. The change in demeanor as far as gratitude, self confidence, discipline, and overall growth has been truly remarkable. The instructors are phenomenal and really make the classes feel like a community.

My daughter started lessons here before COVID and loved it. We took a break and started her back up in December 2021 at age 6. Even after all that time the instructors recognized her. This dojang is more than a place to learn a martial art. It is a place to develop your whole self and an opportunity to be a part of a special community. If you're a parent, it's a place to have a partner in parenting. I cannot sing enough praises for the instructors. If you watch them, you can see their passion for what they do. If you've ever thought of giving Tae Kwon Do a try, this is a wonderful place to check out.

The dedication of the instructor at this Tae Kwon do dojo is hard to find these days. We really like it.
