Had SO much fun at this Intro to Parkour! Coach Tom did a fantastic job explaining what Parkours about, the techniques, and advice goes beginner like me. Definitely coming back! (Also got a great workout in.)

Trained here for ~2 years and the amazing coaches taught me skills I will carry with me for the rest of my life. I tested into the Advanced level in Parkour and in Acrobatics/Flips and I was learning new things every time I went in. My original goal was to do parkour and flips outdoors and I got a rock solid foundation to do that safely and with confidence. The gym and the community are great so I will definitely be back!

I had a fun and excellent experience with Coach Chad at Fight or Flight Academy! The first session is free and thorough. You not only get the info but you get to practice for real! Very hands on and great instructions to follow. Coach Chad is knowledgeable and experienced - well worth the time! The facility is personable and clean! I hope to join in the future since it has many classes I can take towards my fitness goals :)
