I showed up 10am today on a Monday to return an item no one was there, store was not open. They open at 10am I waited til 10:30 a and then I left. Tom

Lucky does not let you change or cancel an order once it's placed. After reaching out literally minutes when the order was placed (at 11pm on a Sunday no less) they claimed that it was already in processing. Either lucky is abusive and having people work at 11pm on a Sunday or their systems are hot garbage. And they direct to "the carrier" even though they know it's UPS SurePost so absolutely could've helped me but chose not to. I enjoy lucky clothes, but this whole thing has been ridiculous. They also claim they cannot adjust shipping addresses, but after talking to UPS that's not only possible but totally a supported thing even when you ship SurePost as long as it hasn't hit USPS. If you order online make sure your order is right and that you have zero interest in canceling. Or, better, visit a store so someone else can be responsible for their horribly designed systems.
