Additionally, our team was able to look into the issue and shared that the refund was processed by our team within 12 business days of receipt, which is within our 10-15 business-day timeline in place at high-volume return periods. After a refund is processed by us, the speed with which a bank releases credit card funds back to an account is outside of EVEREVE control and varies by financial institution; since it can take up to 14 days (in accordance with banking laws).
