American Investors Bank and Mortgage

I used AIBM for a HELOC.  Angela Bystrzycki did a fantastic job. Angie is straight forward, honest, intelligent and efficient. This was by far the smoothest transaction from start to finish that I have ever experienced in the mortgage arena. My loan was initiated in Colorado and all the documents were clear and easy to understand. Angie never left me hanging and processed my loan on a deadline. She knows the business very well. I highly recommend her for your mortgage needs.

Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Online banking is a joke. I would run away from this bank immediately. Customer service is the worst. They dont follow through on issues and keep repeating month after month. Whoever runs this institution should think of a new career. Banking is time of them.

Highly Recommended for Busy Professionals in the MSP area. I've been with AIBM since 2020 when I moved to Minneapolis. Excellent customer service. They are able to help with wire transfers 100% remotely, a human picks up the phone all the time. Probably two of the most important criteria for me. Goodluck!
