We stayed at this hotel 31st-1st. Zach, who was working the front desk was so polite, professional and respectful. He was so sweet to our young daughter, and he truly made our day! This man definitely deserves a raise. Thank you Zach!

Clean, well-appointed rooms. Made working remotely a breeze. Great lobby for groups. Friendly staff. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

4.5/5 Very nice and friendly staff, wonderful attention and care to customer service and cleanliness. Front desk Dan and night team were always attentive. Stayed for training there and the room service was always sup been with clean rooms and gyms and pool area. Breakfast was tasty at a reasonable price with complementary coffee in the mornings. Also great restaurants and bars in the area along with common good shopping locations. The only downside is elevators can be slow.
